How does online coaching work?

Online coaching is like having a personal trainer in your pocket! 


After an initial consultation call, we design a custom workout plan and nutrition target, tailored to your specific goals, which are readily available to you through our app. 


We provide detailed weekly support via check-in forms with video feedback, as well as daily communication if needed, exercise form correction, workout reminders and healthy habit support. 


Additional resources like nutrition education, healthy recipes, and tips to help you stay consistent are all readily available to you whenever you need them!

12-week Coaching Plans

Complete Coaching Package (one-time payment)

¥120,000

includes custom workout program, nutrition education guide & goals, weekly check-ins, video feedback, and daily communication.

Complete Coaching Package (pay per week)

¥10,500 / week

the same as the 12-week coaching plan, charged weekly

Workout Plans

¥80,000

 includes custom 12-week workout program, weekly check-ins, video feedback, form correction, and daily communication. 

Nutrition Coaching

¥70,000

includes nutrition education guide & goals, sample meal plan, recipe e-book, weekly check-ins and video feedback, food tracking guidance, habit building, and daily communication.
